These are important conference registration notes.
Please read before proceeding with registration


Registration
 

  • IEEE Members: In order to qualify for the membership rate, you must list your IEEE membership number on the registration form.
  • Conference cancellation requests must be received, in writing, by 1 August 2009. Refund requests received after 1 August 2009 cannot be guaranteed. A processing fee of £25.00 will be deducted.
  • Please note where deadlines are given all times are GMT.

UK Visa Application
 

  • Citizens of non-EU countries may need a visa to enter the UK. A supporting letter for a UK visa application will be provided for conference delegates after conference registration. Delegates are required to indicate on their registration form that they will need a supporting letter for their UK visa application by ticking the appropriate selection box.
