CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

Here are a few important notes for the conference registration.

  • Advance Registration forms must be received NO LATER THAN August 13; after August 13, you must pay the late registration fee.
  • Full registration includes technical sessions, social events, and conference proceedings.
  • Registration for a workshop does not require the conference registration. A workshop registrant receives a copy of the workbook for the registered session.
  • Each paper requires at least one full registration from one of the authors; student registration is not counted towards this requirement. In case of an author with multiple papers, registration of the author is sufficient for the multiple papers.
  • IEEE Members: In order to qualify for the membership rate, you must list your IEEE membership number on the registration form.
  • Cancellation requests must be received, in writing, by September 3, 2004. A processing feee of $25.00 processing will be deducted. Refund requests received after September 3, 2004, cannot be guaranteed.
